Refund and Returns Policy

At NutriAara, we take great care in preparing and packaging our freshly baked cookies & candies. Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will be happy to offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund or store credit, at our discretion

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Orders delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Taste or texture preferences (as flavors may vary due to natural ingredients)

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hours of placing the order or before baking begins, whichever comes first. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
